Voice recordings stored locally on your device remain there until you delete them or uninstall the app. Profile and usage data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion.
Anonymization and Privacy: We do not store your personal information together with voice recordings and transcriptions. Humans reviewing shared recordings only have access to: country of origin, gender, condition, and speech level impairment. Your identity, contact information, and other personal details are not linked to shared voice data.
Opt-out and Control: You have full control over whether to share voice recordings for AI training. You can view exactly what data you have shared with us through your account settings. You can stop sharing data at any time, though previously shared data may continue to be used for AI training.

You can withdraw consent for AI training at any time, though previously shared data may continue to be used.

Accuracy Metrics: The first 50 voice recordings typically provide the most significant accuracy improvements. Additional recordings provide smaller incremental benefits. The exact number of recordings needed varies by individual speech patterns and conditions. We cannot predict exactly when additional recordings will stop providing improvements, as this varies by user.
Opt-out Impact: If you choose not to share any voice recordings with us, you will not see accuracy improvements over time. Recognizing non-standard speech is particularly challenging, and we rely on user-shared recordings to improve accuracy. By sharing recordings, you help improve the service for yourself and other users with similar speech patterns.
Age Requirements: The service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. Users between 13-18 years old must have parental consent to use the service. Additional privacy protections apply to users under 18.
Parental Rights: Parents can request access to their child's data and request deletion. Parents can withdraw consent for their child's use of the service at any time. We collect minimal data from users under 18 and provide enhanced privacy protections.
